Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I fixed the typos in block reward, the code is correct. Thanks

I made lots of edits today and did about 20 hours of last moment testing because its hard to make new SHA256 coin with so much hash, sorry for mistakes in ANN and its messiness, it will be made proper after good launch.

He edited the reward structure prior to launch but did not change the total coin count. It is still going to be around 900k total pow coins or less. His math is fine he just forgot to do one last edit before posting.

when is shortly?

Less than one hour. POS min start is 8 hours and I have no compiled the wallet for myself yet either.

Good launch! I was worried about the diff with such high hashrates and spent a while tweaking things, too too many hours. Glad to see avg time per block is decent, SHA256 launch is hard to get right.

Thanks for the patience. The windows wallet is uploaded here:

https://mega.co.nz/#!w9cXDDQY!gedMUbVtfvKIQ0u2cte7g054BwT4UzXwuTNHLfeA41I

It's plain, a new wallet will come in the following days, and roadmap and information, graphics.

The ANN will be updated with the wallet and pool links, and rest. Good launch all!
