You mention the power supply costs less than $5 from China. When you jump in a thread and don't compare apples to apples this is what you get. First, you general pricing and the difference is incorrect. The power supply cost from china maybe right, but you are leaving out shipping and the wait time.
Like the guy said... if it doesn't involve you and you don't want to buy it, move along. If you saw someone negotiating to buy it, and wanted to PM that person that they can get a better deal elsewhere there is nothing to stop you. I'm with OP, nothing worse than naysayers coming down to where someone is working just to complain and criticize.
It would be like one of us showing up at your work, slapping the dick out of your mouth, then telling the John that he can get a better blowjob for cheaper down the street. Just not right, is it?
EDIT: that very last part there, the real offensive part? that's just a horrific "joke" and isn't intended for anyone in particular. maybe a better example would be.... that if you aren't buying a car, or are selling a similar car, please do so somewhere other than my lot where i'm selling my cars.
