Just an idea. Today the payment table is:
1) 50 - 250 followers: 0.006 BTC
2) 250 - 1000 followers: 0.0075 BTC
3) 1000 - 1500 followers: 0.01 BTC
4) 1500 - 2500 followers: 0.0125 BTC
5) > 2500 followers: 0.025 BTC
An increase in 200 followers is required to go from 1) to 2).
To go from 3) to 4) requires 500 while going from 2) to 3) requires 750 new followers.
The only bigger jump in followers than 2) to 3) is the last one, 4) to 5), were 1,000 more is required.
So to go from 2) to 3) is much harder than going from 1) to 2) and 3) to 4).
How about introduce a new level to make the increase more coherent and fair, one from
250 to 500 with a payment of, say, 0.0085?
I think another level makes sense. The only downside I can see is that TheNewAnon135246 has to deal with more levels.
