I'm hopping on the imsaguy sub-account train. So far working with him has been very quick and responsive. But don't trust me, look at his WOT ratings!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Is this new rate starting immediately or within 30 days?
If it's less than 30 days it could mean that Pirate loses his bet with Vandroiy.

I'll just leave this here..... FYI, here is my interpretation. Since the existing ToS includes the provision for pirate's ability to change interest rates "with notice", this latest change in interest rates does not violate the terms of the bet contract, even though it did not itself have a 30 day notice. The term "interest rates" was only used as an example of terms that may change in ToS; the list of examples was not intended to be either exhaustive or necessarily-inclusive. The point of the ToS changes section and advance notice thereof, was to make sure that users are given ample notice for any unexpected material changes. Interest payments were made electronically (redeposited) but not actually sent out. AFAIK, we'll continue to accrue interest until we're actually paid out.
