Iv got a centos server running with Bitcoin Daemon on it , is there a way or windows application that will allow me to query and work with the daemon rather than having to log into the server each time ?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

run "bitcoin-cli getinfo > /var/www/html/bitcoin_status" as a cron job then access it from your browser
