It is not the bitcoin system's problem. You may contact that site (if they provide contact information). Or you may get scammed by that site.

If there are a large number of confirmations - it is likely that you either mistyped the address or the site you have deposited too is a scam. If you're fairly certain it isn't either of them - then I'd talk to the support on whatever site your on, they should be able to help you out as long as you sent the coins correctly.

You should post the website and the address that you send bitcoin to. I had such experience (in depositing altcoins to exchange) and I need to contact them. After contacting they confirmed my deposit.

Some will credit your account when the transaction gets 1 confirmation. Some ask for 3 or 6 or even more confirmations. And as others mentioned, we are unable to solve your problem. You should contact that site and ask them for help. |
