I think he is joking. Why whould he give his faucet money to other users. The faucet owner earns on traffic not him. My advice is to stay away from both this faucet and this guy.

Looks like this faucet is starting to scam or don't have funds .. well i remove it in my faucet list because it can affect my daily traffic if they never receive any payment in this site..

Dead yes, not paying just been to the website and noticed something new, a sliding pop up comes in from the right, this is a new addition to the website.

So what does this tell you.?
Some one has been working on the website imo, adsense has been removed only lately, even though adsense banned them a long time ago.
So we either have a new owner, or the same Admin taking advantage of putting up new adverts.

How do I know this? I often visit as it still in my bookmarks, I also noticed some payments in his wallet.
