If you look into the digital goods selling forums sometimes there is decent deals.  It has people competing sometimes to sell which causes lower prices for you the buyer

I recommend steamloader too, fast delivery time and always steam codes available. Although they take $1 above price which is probably ok since they try to earn a living with it
