No loans, no signed message since I am the 2nd owner of the account (but I can sign the address in the profile of that account with payment from the signature campaign 3 days ago). The account is active since the beginning.

Nobody can't know if his account is about to be banned, however OP of you cannot sign a message from a well know public address I do not think someone will buy 'your' account.

Way to state the obvious but there is a way to have a good idea and you will find out later in the post but for now. Do you go around all the auctions telling everyone who says it hasn't been banned that there is no way to confirm? Or is it just because you need to spam the forum with 17posts today to make pay tomorrow?

Honestly, if you ask quickseller who done a lot of accounts which I recommend you guys to go with.

He states you cant really do much unless you actually have the logins yourself, the signed message can only do so much for you. If he see`s this I`m sure he`ll agree on what I said.
