I am sorry no one responded to you. This forum is pretty big and sometimes we miss messages. We'd like to get to the bottom of your withdrawal issue. Has it be resolved? If not, what is your account email so we can further look into this issue.

Have you messaged them here in this forum or did you use email? Could you link or make photos of the messages you have got and sent so far? Proofs of deposit and proofs of you trying to withdraw? Because so far you have provided absolutly no proof of anything |

Our site, games and affiliate programs, are not scams, and pay. You can read dozens of reviews about our amazing casino on several websites by searching for BetChain casino review. Can you describe the exact issue you are having? I just created a "dummy" account via my mobile and had no problems. Have you tried creating an account on a computer and then just logging in from your phone? Also, feel free to email me at support@betchain.com, which is checked more frequently. |
