Piratkopiera means "to pirate copy / to copy like a pirate". its used as a term for illegal filesharing.
Also that address is probably the location of some offshore service company, thats why the domains share address.

I haven't read through all this but just FYI Loopia is one of Sweden's biggest web hosting providers, a very reputable company. The domain piratkopiera.se was registered using Loopia. Jimmie Eriksson is Loopia's contact for their own domain loopia.com. I'll read through this thread later to understand what you're trying to find but it seems that you're pasting a lot of irrelevant stuff.
