Consider twice before you start a partnership with Betchain casino. It's been 6 months now without any affiliate payments even though we have generated traffic and revenue to the casino. We have tried to contact them over a month now and they only give false promises that they get back to us shortly.

Now the last two weeks they refuse to answer us what's going on. Everything started in august 2014 when they accidentally overpaid comissions to us. We agreed that they take overpaid coins from our comissions and continue payments once everything is set. We have generated several times more revenue now and still no payments to us.

This is a really bad way to run a business and we are going to contact other authorities that hopefully help us to get our money back.

It is good that you warned everyone to be careful in dealing with such site. I appreciate your initiative to think about others thank you for your efforts to bring this in public notice.

Yeah, good warning, if they screw their partner, I have reasons to believe they will screw their users in the future or they are screwing now.

Btw, you can post it to their OP and make a scam accusation thread, mod may move your OP to scam accusation section.

As far as I know this casino has no thread here on bitcointalk. I never played there and I am not familiar with their service at all. But I am sure I did not see any official Betchin thread. So it is fine that op posted a warning here. It is always good to know that another casino went rogue...

BetChain is one of the most reliable Bitcoin Casino there is.

I'm an affiliate with them since their launch and have had no issues at all.
When a payment was behind, it was each time fixed asap with an accompanying mail with the reason.

We have had too many people crying wolf too fast/easy nowadays, especially concerning legit Bitcoin gambling sites...just wait till you hear the story of the other side.

Just Keep Calm and...wait for support to react.

Thank you for the warning. It's true, they do not answer.. Players may face a potential risk as well, so we've decided to remove Betchain casino from gamblingwithbitcoins.com until further notice.

I confirm - the betchain affiliate program is a scam and their affiliate tracking system is rigged! For the last 6 months my referrals have made a total of 36 deposits, yet my gaming revenue remains NEGATIVE EVERY MONTH!!! For the first month my revenue was positive (+3BTC) and I was happy but on the last day of the month suddenly it turned negative (-4BTC)!!! I've seen the revenue for this same month oscillate from -6btc to -3BTC a few months after - someone was tweaking it manually thinking that I wouldn't notice!
I contacted the affiliate manager Adam (I doubt that's his real name anyway) 10 days ago, didn't get a response. Last week I contacted him again insisting that he export me the details of my players, he just answered "I'll export you the stats right away, it is weird to me that you're negative every month, all our affiliates are making big money" and guess what - it's been 5 days and I'm still waiting for his "right away" stats.

I highly advice anyone to stay away of betchain affiliate program it is a scam! They'll just waste your time. I already removed all my affiliate links from my sites and I intend to issue a warning to my customers to stop any relations with this casino.  Angry

Thanks for your warning, that's a bad thing for the one who run the site. Reputation is everything in business.

I'd like to hear more about this. Should I remove it from my website?

@ userbtc
Sorry it took so long to get you the information.  Our affiliate program is not a scam and is definitely not rigged.  We pay out several coins each month to our affiliates.  Our Affiliate manager just sent you a file containing the details of your account since November 2014 and it shows that while you had many deposits, it was only split between 3 players. One player only played in November and had a very small positive NGR while another had a very negative NGR causing your monthly NGR to be negative.  Since then, only one of those three players has continued to play, and he has consistently ended the month with a negative NGR.

I apologize again for the delay in responding, but hopefully this will clarify the issue and you will see that we have not been lying to you and that we are not a scam.
