I assume youre telling the truth but this will not change your trust. You can look at all signature campaigns here. I hope you can find one.

I dont think its possible for any neg rep to join and the operator to obligated to pay you.

Its better to actually contact the individual who gave you that rep, and recourse that action to a proper one. I would assume you can do this now cause bitcoin has tooken a hit within price, so if its a debt you had to payback, its now way cheaper to pay off.
