Making a deposit to our exchange allows a user to buy or sell cryptocurrency. The money are held on a user's account as long as she/he wants it.  Could you please specify what kind of "charge backs" do you mean?

Today we would like to present you some changes we have made to the platform. The improvements include:
- we increased the number of buy/ sell offers displayed on the website,
- we medicated the orderbook table by adding "Sum BTC" and "Sum USD" columns that allows you to verify the current market depth,
- we added the information about the exchange rate of the last transaction to the the browser tab
- we improved the automatic language detection, plus we have introduced an easier way to manually select the language of the page.

We are happy to inform you that our platform is working again. Express PLN withdrawals will be available around 9 pm.

Thanks to our security solutions (including the fact that 100% of funds of our customers is being stored in encrypted cold wallets) the funds of our customers had not been not affected. The reasoning for the maintenance can be found below.

Due the automatically detected abnormalities in the database structure of our platform, the system had been automatically blocked. The structure of the system was intact. The problem concerned the external payment system that had generated a large balance without the real coverage.

At the moment, all of the funds of users who did not participate in illegal transactions are unlocked. Accounts that had generated and participated in fraud transactions remain blocked and redirected to the security department.

Thanks to our safety solutions and our quick decision to disable the platform we were able to protect the funds of our users against the actions of hackers and to avoid BTC removal. In particular, we apologize these customers whose accounts remain blocked  for the explanation - due to their unintentional involvement in transactions with fraud users. We ask for your patience and understanding. We are working to clarify the situation and your accounts we will be unblocked soon.

Due to the platform downtime, which took place on last Wednesday, we would like to inform you that the fee for transactions will be disabled. The 0% transaction fee will be available for all our customers from 6th till 20th of July. Additionally, the users whose accounts were blocked will have the 0% transaction free for 3 months, starting from 3rd of July.

The reason for the downtime was hackers attack. Attackers made a fake deposit via payment operator and entered money without the real coverage. There were two errors inside our procedure. First, the problem was the system structure of entering data into the system. The second one, was the human factor, the acceptance of the transfer. The system structure has not been affected in any way. Furthermore, there was no break-in to any of our servers. A person who has these fake founds, bought BTC at a very high exchange rate (using instant transactions). Our system detected the irregularity in sums on accounts and activated a "red alert", immediately blocking some accounts. After analysis, we concluded that it would be the safest to block the platform for one day and manually check everything. Thanks to our basic principle, 100% of our users funds are held on cold wallets, were able to protect the funds of our customers against the actions of hackers and to avoid BTC removal.

While designing the system we took care of organizing the procedures for such situations. We did not perform the rollback for all accounts, only for those who participated (also unintentionally) in transactions with fraud accounts. The majority of these accounts had been already unlocked and their balance have been restored to the state before the fraud transactions.

The whole situation has been analyzed by our team in detail. On this basis, the additional safety solutions will be implemented. However, we assure you that these solutions will not influence the comfort of using our platform.

At the same time we would like to thank you for your trust. Almost immediately the exchange came back to life.  We are very grateful for that. We promise not to disappoint your trust in the future.
