I assume this to mean that post count =/= activity.....this is correct?

Also is your hero status timeframe correct or is it a latest possible based on the above stats?

And finally, is it possible to reach hero status just by making ~8 posts, or does the account not yet have at least the 85 required posts to reach the 480 posts it needs to get hero status?

Yep! the activity is not equal to Post count , and my timeframe is correct , It'll be a Hero account in August First week or Second at the most .
No! There are no enough post to reach Hero by just getting on Activity jump , you'll need to make ~50 posts
