i am not the OP but still i would answer it.

if the bet was taken for the duration of now till 2016, i would have participated in the bet. but now and 2020? its too long. there are many other alts which will surpass bitcoins in some years.

Sounds like you haven't thought this through, OP.
Why would you, or anyone else, put $100 in escrow for five years, on the off-chance of winning $100?  Sounds ridiculous.

@Blazr: make sure he escrows at least 10 BTC, because that's what you'll need to get $100 when BTC hits single digits.

If you really think a bunch of multimillionaires and billionaires going to let this coin drop, you are naive. They can buy up all the debt to fixate the price value if they really wanted it to, so when you see those facebook twins pumping more money.. it aint going to single digits.

I'd do two major exchanges, legit volume.  3 nobody exchanges and a couple $9.99 sells doesn't that's not the real price.
