+1 Can we get an answer on this.

I would imagine Windows VPS supports RDP login otherwise it horribly crippled but official answer would be nice.

I figure I'll also mention:

This price is for life, the RAM will not cost you any extra the next month, year, ever.
The price is updated based on the MtGox 24 hour average.
Invoices are generated 4 days before they're due and will be locked in at the BTC->USD rate at that time.

Late fees are applied on invoices +5 days overdue.
