You need to have a freelancer(dot)com account, from there you can withdraw money via paypal/skrill/Wire Etc ..
My dummy account is a usa account and not verified with phone so i cant withdraw money from it BUT i can award projects to other freelancers.

Its my Account .. i can do whatever i want to do with it .. i am thinking of selling it cause my money stucked in it and i am not able to verify cause im not living in usa alternatively i can award projects with funds ...
