I want to know if I can download IN EXCEL the historical quotes and the trading volume of each exchange for a project about Benford's Law. If there is the possibility, what is the link?

I recommend to use the coinmarketcap.com API to extract historical data. The API is easy to use.

usually i use QUANDL services:
there are a lot of funciont to export data in many format
