Yeah, not everyone get paid for things he deserves...
No problem, the link should everybody know who use bitcoin.
And i use bitcoin core as main wallet and a paper wallet for long term storage.
Also i use a bunch of online wallets which are provided by different altcoin exchanges, plus one at https://blockchain.info .
But all online wallets i use to hold small amounts temporary only, which i reserved for trading with altcoins.

Paper wallets if generated in a secure manner would provide you a very high level of security to your bitcoins. It is about generating and preserving the private key and public key off the internet. You have an option to generate paper wallet (using javascript and gets generated on the browser) on Unocoin. On the same page you also have an option where you can redeem your private key and load those bitcoins to your Unocoin wallet.

You can also use bitaddress.org or https://paperwallet.coinsecure.info/ to generate the paper wallets

But if you have wallet in your local country, it will be better.
Because usually local wallet has no fees.

Their is no particular about bitcoin wallet for each country , all country users can get and use it. But if you want light weight and secure wallet then you can go with electrum desktop wallet which is very secure and simple to use it. You when installed you will get seed key and then your wallet is ready . this pass phrase or seed key are the main to reinstall the wallet.
