I'm looking to sell a maximum of 0.5BTC for Paypal @ 10% Prev rates.5% prev rates. I will only sell this to trusted members of the forum. There is no exceptions for this. I don't think there will be a need for a escrow in this matter, because if your a trusted member of the forum, I send first. If your interested send me a pm or get your post on. I'll be on for another 4-5 hours anyways from this time. (7:37pm est)
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
