I don't think there's any problem for paying for posts in "Meta" until you don't write your personal diary in "Meta" |

Meta is okay by my standards. |

Even if you posted once during an activity period, you have potential credit for all 14 days during that period, all that is required is the posts. Correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that is why. |
