Like I stated to another member previously, I recommend using Localbitcoins. They are some users that accept itunes cards in exchange for btc. You will have to take a % in reduction for conversion itunes/btc. GL with your sale.

How would escrow for this work?
Once the code is emailed, couldn't you then claim a 'fraudulent purchase' of the gift card after the escrow has been released this resulting in the buyer losing both his BTC and the iTunes gift card?
