you are trying to buy Bitcoin with PayPal. Bitcoin for all intensive purposes cannot be reversed, while PayPal can be reversed up to 180+ days after a transaction. This makes it very risky for anyone considering to sell Bitcoin for PayPal, especially when the person who is buying the Bitcoin has zero reputation.

On the other side of that coin, you're going to get PMs from newbie users offering to sell you BTC for your PayPal. They're going to want you to send PayPal payment first, using the excuse that "you can always reverse payment if I don't send you the coins." What will end up happening is that you will not receive the coins you paid for, but they'll keep stalling while they're busy offloading that payment into cash. By the time you get around to processing a reversal, the money is long gone. You can avoid this by having them put their Bitcoins into escrow before you send your Paypal (they'll never do this, which is a telltale sign that you're dealing with a scammer). PM me if you need me to escrow any deals for you.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

I would remove PayPal if I were you. If you really want to buy Bitcoin then you should only offer payment methods that cannot, or are very difficult to reverse.

As TC said above escrow is going to be your friend. Even if someone sounds like they are not going to scam you, it won't hurt anything to have a neutral third party help with the transaction and will tell you if there is little way to properly document your trade. Escrow will cost a small percentage of the transaction amount (although LBC does as well) but you will generally be much safer then dealing directly with someone.

Bank transfer is no different. Bank transfers (not 100% sure on WIRES) can be reversed just as easy as paypal.

helloeverybody - You're better off withdrawing the cash and buying with a non reversible payment method until you build your reputation up here.
