as I can't add it, please help if you able to add it please share how you did.

simply I try with :

Menu/Insert/Link to external data.
but after it show me i check it and OK dose not appear at all.


Please, share the file if you able to do this, and I do not know how to edit the seconds when I am adding a link.

OpenOffice:
Insert -> Sheet from file -> enter URL as filename -> click open
It will show the text import screen, click ok and check the link checkbox.

It will ask to update them when you open the file.

Yes, this way is work, but it dose not update automatic, i have to update it manually.
