just forget about the negative trust, the reason behind it is your mistake. just prove yourself as trustworthy and responsible and you might get positive feedback from most users.

I don't think you should ever remove your feedback. I find it absolutely accurate. OP held the coins completely willingly so he deserves that negative rating. He can't justify it for his lack of experience. Anyone can know that holding money or goods he doesn't own is just wrong.

If he runs the site honestly for a long time he will get positive feedback and he could eventually get a total positive (i.e. green) trust but the fact he didn't act honestly this time would still remain.

Honestly, you should try spending more time working on your site itself then on these forums. Great idea but that's one of the worst designed sites I've seen in awhile.

Not trying to be an asshole or anything but you shouldn't be running a gambling site if you don't have the resources. I'm sure you can find someone here that could redesign the site for $50 - $100. Even a modified simple bootstrap template would be a huge step up.

How did "cheaters" steal money? If security is a issue, you should probably go back to manual withdrawals. Just don't take 7 days

So, after you asked people to remove -ve trust feedback for a second chance and got it, now you're asking people to abuse the trust system by posting insubstantial or fake +ve trust feedback to you, if they like your site! You are legitimated to give +ve feedback ONLY IF You trust the person or had a successful trade (e.g. succesfully withdraw BTC from you, without delays and/or litigation)! Also legit feedback have to be substantiated with evidence(s). So, Your attempt to game the trust system is a fishy behaviour at best and other loud alarm bell about you and your dice site. As I PMed you this morning when I turned my previous feedback neutral, You are in probation and if fishy/scammy behaviours popped up I would turn back my -ve feedback, again.

I have made a small experiment. when use VPN Indonesia and India, the site can not be accessed girlbtc (server not found). and when I wear my IP access the original (US) turned out to can be accessed.

You fail to understand and/or you misrepresent facts! It's not forbidden to ask someone to leave a feedback to you after a transaction; however, asking to leave insubstantial feedback positive if someone like you (or your site) was a clear attempt to game the trust system and also a clear sign of scammy behaviour. Users are legitimated to give +ve feedback ONLY IF they trust the person or had a successful trade (e.g. succesfully withdraw BTC from you, without delays and/or litigation) with them! IMO most people were livid about the fact that you required the removal of trust ratings in order to release the funds. This demonstrates very clearly you are willing to extort YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS by breaking your agreement with them to get what you are after. This is in my opinion why you have negatives (and I think you should), just like anyone else who tries to change the terms of an agreement after the fact.
