Actually the list is not 100% honest without some background info (though it's an interesting site!).
Those algos / coins can indeed be mined with CPU. In theory, even bitcoin can be mined with CPU.
Just most of those algos are already mined with GPU and some even with FPGA.

From what I know, CN is rather expensive to be mined with GPU.
And from what I know, X11 is mined even with FPGA.

Of course, I may be wrong or I may be lying, you should research more in this direction.

I am not sure but check the altcoins announcement section! There are always many new altcoins waiting to be mined by zionar with cpu WITH PROFIT
I always see new coins getting released everyday! You can mine any of them and hope that coin will rise in the future And if they do rise , you can call youself as an "Early Miner"

the only one that i know, is Magi(cpu only), it should still be pretty safe from gpu, you can try to mine it

The issue with CPU only coins is they can easily become victim to a bot net and one person with a well infect file takes over the coin.
