Shipping to US: $14 via Small Packet Air (6 days)

I chose cambodia. Shipping is $18.78 CAD via small packet surface--that'll take 4-6 weeks though!
The next cheapest option is small packet air, which will cost $41.94, delivery in 6-10 days. Of course, the cost can vary slightly based on which country exactly you are in. I checked malaysia as well, and it's $2 cheaper.
