What wallet did you use to send this transaction? Has the transaction changed any information (such as date/time) at all? (that could mean the TX is being re-broadcasted). Normally a low priority TX without fees (like this one) is deleted after a few days (depending on the client). If that doesn't happen you must prevent it from being re-broadcasted as first option or you can try spending the same input on a new TX with fees.

As far as double spending I don't think it can be done on blockchain wallet. I think you would have to import bitcoin address into a different wallet to to do the double spend.

I heard blockchain automatically cancels transactions which take 24/32 hours(I am not sure) to confirm! Isn't it? Don't worry OP, that tx will get confirmed but i'm not sure when ..It's given medium priority, seems like you didn't put enough fees ! I heard someone's tx took 2 months to confirm.I don't clearly remember whose but I guess it was someone from this forum

Only if using bitcoin core. No, you can not alter a transaction in hindsight. No, you can not remove something from the blockchain. Nodes however will forget about your transaction over time, which is what you will have to wait for in order to double spend. or can you predict when it will confirm ?
0.009 btc input without fee would need ~111 days to get a priority that is high enough to get confirmed. The good thing for you is that the input[1] is already 4 days old. Waiting >100 days is certainly not realistic though. Your best bet is to double spend the transaction. You will need to export your private key from your current wallet, import it into another wallet and create a competing transaction. This transaction should include a fee and it will only have a chance to get to the miners if enough time has passed since your first transaction was broadcasted. Since its two days now, that should be enough time. Once you create the new transaction and its visible on blockchain.info you can post the TX ID so we can help you broadcast it. They have nothing to do with your unconfirmed transaction[1]. The unconfirmed one uses this[2] transaction. See the red "Spend"? Thats the input your unconfirmed transaction is using. What you need to do in order to double spend it, is to export the private key for the address 1CY5yui6KE2FmgrSVZXb82ppoHtVZiAggz into a different wallet and create another transaction that uses the same input. You could just spend everything there is in order to make sure you used it, but it will not working from within the same wallet. The alternative is to wait. Both are currently unconfirmed, the first one is well known but has no fee. The second one is barely known, but will be included once it reaches a miner, due to the fee. Once either one of them is in a block the other one is invalid. The message from blockchain.info is nothing to worry about. We did exactly that, double spend a transaction. Since both ("sending"[1] and receiving) addresses are yours this is perfectly fine. Blockchain.info can not know this though, so it issues a warning. [1] there is no actual sending address, its just presented that way on blockchain explorers.
