I mean it's not his paypal account, i offered a deal for 150USD paypal, he sent 80USD for some lady in Australia who knows nothing about it

Still refusing to talk to my PMs so you own the paypal account ? Yet when I emailed it the lady who owns it answered, when I spoke to her via txt messages she said she doesn't know what a BTC is, it's not

Not at all, he isn't acting in good faith, if you do deal with him I recomend cash only, he looks like he is a scammer honesty after reading all his posts( easy reading)

I am happy to trade with newbies but I find he just jumps around to much, asked for 150 send 80 depends service, 99% chance who ever he is using as his paypal will be conned and they will end up reversing the transaction
