You can also try to buy Bitcoins with Paypal and tranfer the Bitcoins to OKPay. There you can exchange them for fiat money again. I did it like this some time ago.

So its the same thing if we say that PP >>OKpay or PP>>BTC Because there is no such exchange with exchange money from PP to other currency due to pp chargeback. You can exchange your PP to BTC or other currency here in the currency exchange if you are a trusted member.
Now the second option left that MZ already posted above is the PP>>Bank>>OKPay

Edit:
There may be some online exchanges or person that exchange PP to other currency Plesase DONT GO FOR THESE because most probably they will scam or you will scam them   Grin

Yes there 99% chances of your to get scammed by people if you will go for the pp to any other exchange.
by the way what does bolded part mean ?

Now you can lock the thread, if you got your answer.

I'd do this.
PayPal to your bank account will only take a pair of days.
Not worth the risk or the commission an exchanger would take.

I think I found an easier/better/faster way. I don't know about the fees though.

1) Buy Dogecoin with PayPal from weselldoges.com.
2) Buy Butcoin with Dogecoin from Bitin.io.
3) Deposit Bitcoin to your OKPay account.

It's much easier, that's sure (provided you're verified at WeSellDoges).
About the fees... I have the feeling it's going to be quite a bit higher Smiley

Yes. Verification details:

Level 1Level 2Level 3Level 3+
Email verification: Email us from the primary email address associated with your PayPal account for a daily purchase limit of ~$15.
In this email, please include the following information:
• Full name
• Location
• Primary interest in cryptocurrencies
• The amount you anticipate buying (per day, week, etc.).
ID Verification: Send us a scan or picture of a state-issued ID
alongside a written statement “WeSellCrypto Verification”
and your signature. Here is an example of what that might look like.
• This will entitle you to ~$150/day, subject to our discretion
• Our email server is hosted on a separate, offsite server to ensure your private information is kept private.
Two-piece ID Verification: Send us a scan or a picture of two pieces of ID alongside a written statement “WeSellCrypto Verification” and signature. Here is an example of what that might look like.
• This will entitle you to ~$250/day, subject to our discretion
If you require a limit higher than $250 per day, we can work with you on a case-by-case basis. This most often entails ID verification supplemented with a picture of you holding your ID. This helps us ensure that your submitted ID matches your true identity.

An estimate fee of 15% or less was charged when my friend bought Dogecoin. I think it isn't high. Similar fee is charged when trading in this forum.

BTW, you can also buy other altcoins:

• Reddcoin: wesellredd.com
• Darkcoin: weselldark.com
• Pandacoin: wesellpnd.com

P.S. Main website: wesellcrypto.com. If they add new coin, you can get the link from there.
