Hi,

I was using bitcoin-qt 0.10.0 and it worked so far but now, it always fails. This is the last part of the debug.log file. In the end there are two ERROR entries.

i think the bik.dat(which is situated in the bitcoin folder under block, in the roaming) is corrupted , try to re-build it or download the whole blockchain again, if you can't resolve it in a fast way

That's what I want to avoid. Anyway, if there is no other way, do you know where can I find a torrent file with the blockchain?

Since it appears you are running 0.10.0, you don't want to use the torrent.

there is a unresolved ticket on @github/bitcoin for that.
