Thats not the card I seen for Paypal. The one I seen looks exactly like the personalized card that you can get from Paypal. But its funny though, you can buy them at Speedway, but you can't upload money to them there. I tried. The one I live next to don't do it I guess. Let me look at the list, I'm sure there's someplace close to me.

Does it matter? The card thats shown in the picture that he linked is not the same card that the Speedway I live beside of has. I described the one they have. Is that the one you want? I think if you get this one, you get a card from Paypal directly with your name on it.

I could provide receipt proving paid with cash, I will write on it "non refundable, buying BTC from ......". But the rate would have to be a bit lower. This would negate the risk of charge back 100%.

EDIT: I will have to run to the store though, will take about 10 minutes.
