yup! And as well as some other services are available for bitcoin mobile topup (piiko,mobileshop.ph) but they do collect some fees

and yes! Its is legit. I've done about Rs.300+ (without fees) mobile recharge with bitrefill and about Rs.2000+ from piiko (have fees).

Yeah I have been using piiko in the past, but they charge a pretty big fees, so I only do the recharge through it, when I really need it. Will check out bitrefill.

On Unocoin, there is no fee for recharging through bitcoins. We just sell your bitcoins (without transaction fee) at Unocoin's selling rate and top up your mobile / dth. Normally when you sell bitcoins on unocoin, we do charge 1% transaction fee.

You can use SpectroCoin.com for mobile recharge in India without KYC.

tryed some sites which accepts bitcoin and litcoin as a payment of recharge but I will still not much satisfyed with this site I will give it 4.5stars and 2nd place as it is better than piiko no doughts
