I deposited bitcoin on cex.io, now i wanna withdraw but dont have limit, so i wanna deposit but does cex.io payout?

When the mining stopped there, I was under the limit too. I converted to dogecoin and withdrawn.
It may be safer than depositing, just an idea.

I don't think there is a minimum if you create a voucher. You can simply sell a voucher for some amount of Bitcoin. You will probably get less then the full amount though.

What you could do is change the btc into dogecoin, then go to shapeshift.io and exchange doge back to btc. Doge has a low transaction fee so you probably would not lose as much during all this sending.

I Don't know if this is the right threath to post in...
but anyway:
 
I wanted to empty my cryptocoins on cex.io,
NO CONFIRMATION MAIL arrived, neither authorisation email (the kinds you get by locking in successfully)...
 Huh

I'll try again and tell if it works..
