Best actual place to exchange Ukash to Bitcoins

Hello fellows!!! 

I buy Ukash coupon to exchange to bitcoins. I used to do that in Virwox, but they paid 10%, not so much, but they force us to convert to EUR to SLL, and finally SLL To BTC. You lost very money to them in process.
Need help to find if someone know a legit and with good low exchange rates place, to do convert Ukash to Bitcoin.
