What do you mean? oxiyusuf has arguments and you say nothing... why you think so??

I think if "someone" has scammed before he will do it again. If you know that someone lie, then you know he will lie again. It's simple...

And please look at the site and read the "Terms and Conditions" http://cryptoway.net/terms-conditions
Look at point 3.1. for example. It says: "Depositing funds to CryptoWay is executed with 4 different types of cryptocurrency in accordance with the Client`s Agreement."

But the site accept only 2 cryptocurrencys at the moment. So see now, the one who copied this ponzi has not shown a effort to edit the terms and conditions. And the site is opened now more than 3 days. Maybe this "someone" never read what he provides...

For me it looks like a fast way to make money for the one who you call "someone". He or you provides this site very fast by copying it and he runs away with the money faster as he can copy a site maybe.

So please explain your words, why do you think so!?
Or i think, you help to scam!

You don't need to read their tos, just focus on the HTML site, OP said:
  • 100% automated - not true, they aren't running any script.
  • 10%-14% referral commission - and donkeys fly too, right?
  • news system - good to hear that but I don't see any "news" and neither "systems"  Roll Eyes
  • strongest DDoS protection - sure, there is not even the SSL certificate or traces of cloudflare free!

yeah man, correct. you have a eye for such things Wink
my view to the terms of service was only one example of many arguments, why it seems like scam.
