I've seen multiple people posting soccer picks. Just look on the first page for people posting their picks.

Best to go with someone that has a proven record or is recently hot.

IMHO, jeremypwr and Joca97 are both doing very good in sports betting and I do check them from time to time.

leancuisine   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=312678
and ajaxmoor https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=987312.0
who give out soccer tips and have a good record.

Members have linked a few threads from the forums, but you could also use Facebook for this. Often there are people who give out free or paid picks or both. I've had my luck with these in the past but one has to evaluate the situation before playing anything.
There was a guy who had about 60 percent wins in a month with the odd being around 2. Depending on the amount that you put per game one could earn some decent money without any work IMO.
Now this also depends on your own knowledge and experience. I've followed the guy in the past while avoiding play on some games and the win rate was even higher. Just make sure that after the person starts doing badly you quit it on time.

I I recommend Joca97 too and his tips for basketball are also great. I was betting only for soccer or Ice hockey when I found him I won most of my money for last few weeks from basketball.
