If you are new, you will have no chance to get a loan. It's so risky for the loaner. You should understand that.

Maybe you could read this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and think about a collateral you could offer (value = ~110% of the loan you want to ask)

NO! A Rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" exist here, so if you want a chance to not be red-flagged...you are better trying to provide collateral. Otherwise, as The Pharmacist said: ask your friends or family.
