If all else fails, simply backup wallet.dat, uninstall the client, delete the folder, reinstall and get a fresh copy of the blockchain. Also be sure to have non corrupted ram, or you'll get a corrupted blockchain often.

If you really need that bitcoin your friend can export the tx's input address's private key
and then he can import it into another wallet (electrum, online wallets etc).
Then send the amount to you.

Since the old tx isn't broadcasted yet,(new one) it'll be broadcasted and accepted.

He's gonna open wallet (it doesn't matter if it's synced or not) and then console;
dumpprivkey inputaddress
it will return a string starts with 5
then he'll copy it and import into another wallet.

There're lots of topics about it.

Electrum is very user friendly, so after knowing the private key(the one you get from dumpprivkey) is pretty simple, I recommend it.

What have we learned today?

Bitcoin Core is not for newbies. It is a "reference" client. It is intended to be used to validate Bitcoin features and to provide an example for other clients.

I am a Bitcoin old-timer and I run a full node, but I don't use the Bitcoin Core wallet. There are many much better wallets available. Bitcoin.org should stop promoting the use of Bitcoin Core for newbies.

Of course Bitcoin Core allows you to receive bitcoins at multiple addresses AND has many addresses it doesn't tell you about that are used for change from transactions.  It is quite possible (likely even) that the unspent outputs that make up the balance of the wallet are associated with a variety of addresses.  You would first need to get a full list of every address that you expect to have an unspent output.  Then you would need to run dumpprivkey for each and every one of those addresses.

I don't know much about Electrum, so I may be mistaken, but I thought I read somewhere that the newer versions of Electrum were no longer allowing the import of private keys since those keys are not recoverable from the Electrum seed?

Regardless, even if you are running a version of Electrum that does allow you to import private keys, you really should consider NOT doing so.  You are much better off sending a balance to an Electrum wallet with a transaction than importing a private key.

I use Electrum and I confirm the option to import a private key is no longer enabled (I don't know why it wasn't removed completely)

Instead of importing the private key it's much more secure to Sweep it if generating a transaction has some difficulties like an un-synced wallet or other reason.

Yes it says, you need to learn where to look.
If you activate coin (money) control feature and click the select input buttons you'll see something like that;

I've sent 0.01 btc from 1FAak to 1CaKiR address and 1KsP is created by core wallet as change address.
Input was 1Faak so 1KsP is kinda downline of it.

Because it does not exist.  Most of the people "giving advice" here are borderline risking your money. I would suggest you follow Dannys advice, because he actually knows what he is talking about. Exporting and reimporting your private key(s) is risky. Anyone that has access to your private key can spend the bitcoins accociated with the address the key belongs to.

Wher shall i print that dont work in the consol and cant fine it in CMD command line ether ....

Its probably best to let the wallet sync first. If you want to try "zapwallettxes" you need to launch bitcoin core with the command attached. E.g. in windows you would first close bitcoin core, open "run" (Press Win + R), enter the full path and command
Code:
c:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes
and confirm with "OK". The command will need to rescan the blockchain you already have on your machine which might take some time.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

You can combine several commands, just add -zapwallettxes at the end.

Are ther any known problem whit having another data dir than %useer% blblbl  Huh

Not that I am aware of. The problem might be related to the disk you store the files on.

Resyncing happens locally you dont need to redownload anything. It still takes a while depending on the CPU and the disk speed. Once the problem is fixed you probably should switch to a light wallet (list -> https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet ). If you only use bitcoin from time to time bitcoin core is a bit slow for that.

Or can i open up more ports to more seeds now i only get like 15 or somthing id like 200 connection same as when i download from Bit torrent  Grin

More peers are not always helpful. The first 8 connections are made by your peer, every following connection is made form the outside and you will have to wait for other peers to connect to your machine.

Edit: Can you check what the CPU/disk load is currently?

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Alright so the slowest piece is probably the internet connection. I think you should still be syned by now. Did you try the command Danny suggest above?

If you are not syned yet, try adding a few (or all) of the below nodes. Type (example IP)
Code:
addnode 185.45.192.129 add
in the dev console for that. This will not guarantee a connection, but only add them to your list of known nodes. If you want force a connection you have to start core with
Code:
-connect=185.45.192.129
which limits the connection to the given node(s). AFAIK it also works with multiple IPs, but I never tested that.
Code:
-connect=185.45.192.129,216.165.91.169

list (checked whether they are up or not just before posting):

Code:
