You have to register in the site first with your id number as it is written in the 1st post which i suppose you have already did.
Then you can see your reward in the link quoted below after few hours ~4 hours.

Normally once you see the amout in the site and by pressing '' send to my btc balance'' it goes instantly to your balance in the left corner and then you can withdraw it to your wallet.
The button above wasn't working for 3 days but it was fixed yesterday so normally there is no problem.
I recommend you to contact (contacts in the site and write a message) them even if it wil take a while.

I don't think that it is possible! Never ever seen that on some one signature!

You're supposed to add the personal text, but the site still seems to pay you without it.

I think every post is counted unless it was deleted by a mod. (afaik)
Ofc by spamming you risk to be banned by the compagn or by the btctalk admins.
