AIRPORT CAR PARKING SPACE INVESTMENT

(Each Car Parking Space is divided into 2500 Shares)
BTC Price per Share: 0.066 (plus 0.0001 transaction fee for Coinprism)

Purchase shares in an individual long stay airport parking space that is leased back and managed on your behalf by a well established airport parking company with over 20 years experience.

A unique feature of the investment is the on-line booking software and number place recognition systems which allows for a very hands-off approach to benefit end users and investors alike.

Airport car parking provides higher yields than other traditional ‘buy-to-let’ investments. The scale of popularity and the rise of interest in car park investments are exemplified by the global market size, which is estimated by Colliers to be worth $12.6 billion.

Investors worldwide understand the need for airport car parking and with many car parks operating at almost full capacity on a daily basis this investment is proving very popular as well as lucrative.

About the Group Buy
Each car parking space is divided into 2,500 shares.  Therefore the monthly profits from each car parking space will be divided between the 2,500 shareholders of each car parking space.  In phase one, we aim to purchase a total of 10 car parking spaces, therefore we are issuing 25,000 shares (2500 for each car parking space).  Should the group buy exceed 25,000, we will purchase additional spaces for each 2500 shares sold.

Overview

  • Up to 8-12% Income per year & capital growth
  • Completed long stay airport parking facility
  • Shuttle bus service between car park and airport
  • Park Mark® Safer Parking Award

Important Information

Shares will be distributed at the end of each day.  So Please make sure you have sent bitcoins from a coinprism wallet.

That's roughly $38k per parking spot and each one (if the rate is $8 per day - which seems the norm these days) generates nearly $3k per year.

Each car parking space is purchased with a 175 year long lease (this is the maximum leasehold that can be granted in Scotland). It is then leased back to the management company, initially for six years with upward facing rent reviews

Guaranteed income year 1 & 2 : 1,600.00 GBP (2,427.04 USD) (per space)
                          year 3 & 4 : 2,000.00 GBP (3,034.25 USD) (per space)
                          year 5 & 6 : 2,400.00 GBP (3,641.16 USD) (per space)

After year six, income is on a profit sharing basis.

This is a long term investment with solid returns.

hmmmm... www . equitylandlord . com is a malicious attack website, blocked by my malwarebytes software instantly.

c'mon man. Its bad enough that every security in here is a lost cause, now the scammers can't even bother to put in a little effort.

This sub has really gone to shit.

The mods should just turn it into the "bitcoin faucet area" and force every faucet announcement to post in "securities" from now on.

They'd be doing everyone a favor. much more profitable game, those faucets

WHOIS Guard was added as I don't want my home address listed. My business address is on the website.  As for the website being 3 weeks old, it is a new venture for our team who have been working together for three years on different projects.

We added an SSL certificate on the day that you tried to access the site. It is possible that the site was cached by your ISP and therefore produced the error. We have not been able to replicate the error, so believe it to have been temporary due to cache.

As for the price, $38K for an asset which will continue to produce revenue for 175 years is very good value. Property at the moment returns about 6-8% per year (within the UK) for comparison.  The asset being offered will increase in value as time moves on and we expect a good capital gain in addition to the income revenue.

You want $38 k and donot want to give any details to you. I believe you also dont want to introduce your team to us.

Then, I want to ask one question: What will happen when you die unexpextedly in a car accident?
Im asking this question with good intention. When you dont login into btt 3 monhts we cannot know what happened to you.

Our business address and list of team membership is on our website https://equitylandlord.com

If I die unexpectedly one of the other team members listed on our website will take over.

As to what I have been doing in the last three months, it has mostly been looking for assets which we can offer for investment, setting up partnerships with property developers and seeking legal advice on crowdfunding asset ownership through bitcoin.  We have also been assessing different platforms to work through. We had previously considered cryptostocks(dot)com and secureae(dot)com

p.s. Whoisguard removed.

Well it is difficult as the guys asking questions mean it positively and understandable but on the other side personal information is on the www is a risk. The question is is it a worthy risk?  The company looks like it has open books except for address issue. There website is simple and at the least minimul but as the above post says they are still and in the process of acquiring assets. I would give it time and see.

Why not tell the truth why your address and details are so hidden? I learned the hard way dealing with these guys in the past and only knew them for 10 weeks, they sent cops to my home, sent email to my boss to try and get me the sacked stating i was a terrorist! Dangerous crew, I'll cover another story on all this very soon!

Are you talking about the OP? If so very interesting. It would be better to know whom we are dealing.

I visited their website but saw very little information. Securities without control of authorities is just like throwing your money to somebody that you dont know anything about him/her.

dude, your website is a malicious attack site, according to my virus software. That doesn't have anything to do with SSL, it only pops up that warning on attack sites.

there are too many red flags on this offering for me to do anything more than ignore it. Not that I'm about to put another cent into anything i see here.

anyways...carry on. I'll check back to see the outraged investors crying foul in a month or two.

Cointelegraph, the cops were sent to your house as you endangered the lives of children as young as three years old by inciting hate against a school.  I am still trying to work out why you have a personal hatred for us.  From what I can see you either took offense to facebook messages when I tried to warn you about investing into paycoin.  Or you took offense to an expression of my Christian faith.  Well as you can see paycoin never went to $120 each and the company is now being investigated. I tried to warn you as I wanted to protect you as a "Bitcoin Newbie" from making the same mistakes that we had made.  It is a shame that rather than agree to disagree you decided to start insulting everybody. I am deeply saddened that you continue to conduct yourself in this way. I pray that you will find personal peace and that your future will be full of joy and happiness.

if you are receiving a malicious attack from website please do a virus scan or change your browser. if you try it on a different browser it should work. thus the malicious attack problem should not appear. If it still does reload windows you have a virus. As the website works perfectly on all my computers and pc s and i have many different ones. so the obvious reason why you getting a malicious site warning is as a result of a fault on your side. as the website runs on different computers on Google, firefox, internet explorer and etc.

So conclusion if it works on many other computers but not on yours....then yours is the problem. Sorry if i stated te obvious but we all have to learn at some time.

I had deleted my post kfarrelly but seeing as your as still spewing bullshit i shall reveal the truth and if necessary proof!

You sent the cops to my family home which i believe is beneath contempt as you wanted an article stating FACTS took offline. I am not the only one has reported this information online and is there for all to see!

This was after you sent a defamation email against myself to my boss (which my lawyer and I are in receipt off) to try and get me the sack and get the article removed which didn't work either stating I had links to terrorist groups and had threatened you with them which you had proof off, WHERE IS THIS PROOF?

This was all without foundation as there were no links or proof of any threats to provide WHICH IS WHY THE ARTICLE IS STILL UP!

To claim hate crime which police said it wasn't is rich coming from supporters of apartheid!

You also claimed in the email you were a Catholic deacon, that is deception you know?

As to your online claim of being involved with me for several months, the police were provided with the 1st contact date and the last which was a total of 10 weeks and 2 days!

This imaginary group of several people you said i was involved with in your group was also proved to be lies as was the claim i asked to leave and go with another business venture and could i come back it if didn't work out.

If i provide the real proof as to why i pulled away, you will have the cops back at my door but if i have to i will!

As to claiming i put the lifes of 3 year olds in danger, it isn't me who is using them as a shield to protect me from my operations and who really benefits from them!

If being involved with Bitcoin from 2012 is being a "Bitcoin Newbie" I'm so sorry i can't claim like you did that as an employee of GCHQ you were asked to investigate Bitcoin in 2010.

Your reputation is in shatters because of all your lies and deceit and instead of praying for me why don't you practice what you claim to believe in and gain some credibility back by telling the truth!
