Looks to be a MyChoice card, the same as Xapo and E-Coin are supplying.
Technically they are debit cards in terms of how they are viewed by the terminals, but they are also prepaid as you need to load them with BTC before being able to spend anything.

On the PREPAID CARD AGREEMENT page i see "10.3. Replacement card details incur a fee (see the Fees Section). You must have sufficient funds to cover any replacement card costs. " but You failed to mention this fee and im in doubt how many other fees you failed to mention to your clients. Loading card is 1%, but how much is loading Spectro coin account from Bitcoin? FEES: "Load SpectroCoin wallet Varies 2" ok i need to register in order to discover this fee ( Suspicious offer and Spectro coin company appears not to be fair to their clients mentioning all the fees openly, clearly and fairly. |

Just cross-checked, there is also a 0.8EUR pin code replacement fee, which is not in a table. Fee varies, as it depends on how you are going to fund your wallet, if you use Bitcoin there is only an exchange rate, if you are going to use bank transfer it is also free, if you are going to deposit by credit or debit card it is going to be 5% to name but a few. SpectroCoin has more than one deposit option, therefore we do not have a one fee for all deposits. |
