My comment: Of course another place will get more Bitcoin business if the BitLicense turns out to be too restrictive and/or difficult to implement, but I hope the outcome will make it possible for most NY businesses and individuals to participate in Bitcoin.

I could see Silicon Valley being regulation friendly considering these types donate to democrats and Cali is ran by a whole passel of them.
