I just finished a program that i would like to soon post here (different topic on where) and id liked to have a url that opens the browser and takes the user to a donation page. Ive looked into a few services that say fast and simple but they want Company Name, Ids, location, and more things i dont have. Im one person not a company so how can i get donations ?

you can just add a donation button, you need to past the code in your build

this if you want to use bitpay http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-a-bitcoin-donate-button-in-wordpress-using-bitpay/

bitpay asks for company info and a company website

You can just use an URI that is linking to the local bitcoin software via the browser, e.g. (from my nodes HP).
Code:
bitcoin:14GXh8khHXd8p4nQRCQdWi7fvHsNCDBkTG?label=shorenafullnode

clickable with bbcode tags: Donate to my awesome project here.

Code:
[url=bitcoin:14GXh8khHXd8p4nQRCQdWi7fvHsNCDBkTG?label=shorenafullnode]Donate to my awesome project here.[/url]

I also added a QR code for mobile wallets and the address itself can just be copied for people using online wallets.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

I recommend this advice. Bitpay will request information and doing it this way allows you to skip any sort of middleman.

If you want users to pay/donate for a program download you can look into satoshibox, I think it might help achieve what you're aiming for. But if it is just a donate button that you want, then blockchain.info provides a very simple one.

Another idea could be to add some features when and if the user donates.

Easy example:

An image editor might restrict you to edit only one image at a time, but if you upgrade to the premium version, you will have a much larger limit.
