I have no idea about that Skrill advertisement about those freespins, but LCB has an exclusive $/€10 Nodeposit.

the thing with these offers is that it comes down to the link you go and sign up through. As some of these offers can be claimed only if you followed the correct link.

Anyways there is over 200 NDBs to choose from.  

Granted some of the online casinos are less reputable, but LCB has warnings and player comments in place, so make sure to review them all before taking upon an offer.

Yup, they don't accept bitcoins and they require phone verifications and other stuff to claim the no-deposit bonus and I am guessing one has to fill up a KYC form to cash out anything.

And the rollover requirement is only 40x not 1000x or so
But this no deposit bonus have some other requirements such as max cashout and need to deposit before able to cash out the winning.
So, I think this is not interesting promotion, especially its only allowed for few countries.

there is no rollover on the deposit itself. The min deposit requirement is there for the verification purposes, and almost all casinos ( whether they are bitcoin or not ) do that when offering NDBs.
