This solarfarm thing looks like a ponzi scheme. If you are asking people to buy shares in a business, then at least present a real business plan. There are too many questions. Who are the faces behind this? Where will the SolarFarm be located? What are the costs? What are the risks? Who is engineering the farm? What third parties have reviewed the business plan? ... The unitcoin wallet is real nice and the POS works great, but if unit will only succeed on the back of this SolarFarm, then I call unit dead. What is your backup plan? don't like scam , ponzi ... please read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=917737.0have someone already confirmed me What is your backup plan? i have cloud vps, A-Z voip route can accept unit wait for coinpayments.net to add unit Your facebook photos look real, seaming like you are really trying to do it. But I'm still having a hard time following your business plan, except for; buy cell and get dividends. Investors need more details than just that.

I see no indication in the UNIT description and roadmap that UNIT support and progress is in any way dependent on solarfarm progress. This is something that is being dumped on us now. Why should I even consider investing in your solarfarm project if UNIT isn't getting the support we were told it would get? Is there anything at all about this whole thing that doesn't stink of scam? https://forum.cryptomining.farm/index.php?topic=3.msg67#msg67

He/she has yet to give much explanation. If solarfarm is not a full on scam, it sure has poor execution, leaving a whole stack of questions in my mind. You are right, there is no mention of solarfarm, or a tie to it in the description and roadmap. Dev, can you just stick with your plan?

I think a lot of negative feedback sometimes psychologically depresses a dev making a dev leave the project early. Common we eat them alive sometimes. This is what new bitcoin miners/users look at when they google it up. If you are indeed working on your projects then don't get discouraged!! Keep it up and you can profit from this low if your smart But if your not. I will be watching

I want this coin to succeed, so I'm not going to suppress what I see or question just because it could discourage someone. If the dev is discouraged that easily, I want to know. The initial start of this coin was great. I'm not concerned with the price drop. It started to get funky with the solar farm tie in. I've still got outstanding questions about it. The dev should simply take the feedback received and clarify where needed.

I disagree with the idea that negative feedback is 'valuable'. Constructive feedback/criticism whether it be negative or positive is more meaningful than someone mindlessly calling everything a scam. Also, keep in mind that there was no premine and instamine for this int64_t GetProofOfWorkReward(int64_t nFees) { int64_t nSubsidy = 0 * COIN; if(pindexBest->nHeight+1 <= 100) { nSubsidy = 0 * COIN; } else if(pindexBest->nHeight+1 >= 101 && pindexBest->nHeight+1 <= 210101) { nSubsidy = 100 * COIN; } else if(pindexBest->nHeight+1 >= 210102) { nSubsidy = 5 * COIN; } if (fDebug && GetBoolArg("-printcreation")) printf("GetProofOfWorkReward() : create=%s nSubsidy=%"PRId64"\n", FormatMoney(nSubsidy).c_str(), nSubsidy);
return nSubsidy + nFees; }
The developer is basically doing this for free and maybe buying some of his own coins at these low prices too. He's obviously investing time and money, is it too much to ask everyone else to put in just a little bit too? This isn't your common Ninja Launch/Mine & Dump pyramid like everyone else is busy falling for.

I don't see anyone calling UNIT a scam. It's solarfarm that is in question. I don't classify mindless talk as "negative feedback". It's just noise that should be ignored. I personally learn much more by listening to what people don't like and what they have problems with, than I do from receiving praise. This is why I say negative feedback is more valuable and shouldn't restricted. It's the dev that is bringing in solarfarm and I question why. I've tried to understand by watching the video and reading the website, but I don't get it. It looks extremely fishy to me. I've been waiting for the dev to give more explanation than what he/she has said above.

UNIT was number one on the public coinpayments.net vote, now it's not even on the list. What's up with that? https://www.coinpayments.net/vote

Seems like someone couldn't wait anymore (or got scared from Bitrex's de-listing warning) and decided to exit. He or she sold off their holdings and filled all the buy orders, an action they will forever regret. The Block explorer confirms this. According to the sell orders, the price is still in the ~300 range. The buy orders will recover soon. It didn't drop that low. 67 was the lowest.

Any update from dev?
He may not say much, but at least he's still around. That's more than can be said for 90% of the other altcoins.
