then let the community mine it... there is no community yet. no community to escrow or multi sig it.. theres a developer who will hold a premine and has typed a plan to give those coins to community.

Fair enough. Than how do we pay for basic development cost like nodes, sites, marketing, programing ect?

With premine you give investors and miners too high risk. If you are good developer people will support you.

129,999 coins as a premine seems excessive, with the low per block rewards.

Total coins from POW are a maximum of 1.82M, which puts the premine at 7% of POW. Less than that of the total for POW+POS, but it's still a large chunk.

Is release still planned to be on time or will it be delayed?

Everyones working hard and testing pos to ensure things won't break for a smooth launch. We are leaving the specs the way they are as development cost are real and the community will need bounties for articles, promotions and marketing. Block-chain jobs are required for master-nodes, seeds, master traders, anonymous attributes and feature development all of which is ongoing and requires talented programmers to be re-imbursed and continuously working.

If you do not understand that than move on to another short lived coin. We won't blame you, as you will always be welcomed backed later on once you see our coins performance!

We have decided to remove the development fund that was intended for us and we will work for free on this coin to establish our name. Those coins will be offered up for sale to the community for those that wish to purchase them at a discounted rate. All unsold coins will be destroyed. 43,333 are available. Will post detail shortly.

Jarvis, can you explain why you went away for 1+year? I'm just checking out your post history and I'm questioning whether this account has been bought off or not.

Over a year ago a coin was created that scammed the community and everyone was looking for a developer to restore it. I stepped up to the plate and restored it for the community. It wasn't long before the previous scamming developer sent attack trolls my way and began harassing me everywhere with personal life threatening attacks. So I offered to pass the development over to a new dev and provide support, but no one stepped up to the plate. I have since been planing a coin launch of my own and here we are today.  Smiley

Hmm... It doesn't seem plausible from my p.o.v. Can you provide any proof that you were harrassed and threatened by other members? I don't mean to be rude, but there's been way too many scams lately...

Def. don't want a repeat of CLUSTER again.

you know masternodes themselves pay the hoster, everyone turns into a seed node, and master trader market makers im sure dont need to be purchased they make their own money, feature development comes at a cost sure if your going to be outsourcing the development which may detract value.

$MAID & $BTC other than that some short hodls and some long held garbage.

No not yet, Lets get everyone on board. We don't want to launch without everyone on the same page on specs. We have Mega Big developments but do want everyones approval first before continuing.

I'd love to see some sort of code-based scheduled payment over time, instead of a lump sum all up front. Having developers sitting on a large chunk of coins (>10% of the first 1000 blocks in this case), right when trading is likely to start and hit at least a local peak, is what concerns most miners/traders about premines.

Barring a code-based solution, which may be difficult to achieve in a short time, the common solution would be to escrow the premine if you feel that amount is needed.

just little >4% premined...huh..

First of all may 1% is cool.

2% is ok.

Since you put like 2-3 hours to edit code ?
1 hour to do graphic, with your current graphic like 30 minutes.
Node server is free, 200 hours free from azure.
5$  a month from digitalocean.

or use your friends computer for a node for free, later use pools' node.

As i see you can take 1% premined , no one will ever talk about again.

A second delay is not a good idea. Launch it and burn some of the premine afterwards. Don't make people who have been waiting around all day miss out because of your poor planning and judgement.
