actually I take a big risk with current setting, because it was suppose to be 0 and no one can level up unless deposit.

if everyone know they can make money with current mode, maybe things changed.
actually I deposit some btc there, so you can see the rate is so high,

The risk can be reduced if you make a good decision.

How about if level 10 is the maximum level for free user?
If anyone want to go higher than that, he must pay fees to go to next level which is level 11.
He must pay again if the user want to go to next level which is level 12...and so on.

Because with RPS game and Random Rate setting,
no one can leveling very fast and get BTC more than system had now.
And only paid players can get more power, with power, they can beat free players.

1 power => time * power + power coin

I will improve the power setting to be more clearer.
