Who the hell mines SHA-256 with GPUS? Maybe in 2010

Well, you know. This petahashes nowdays rapes coin a lot. So I think this can be an alternative. If you don't like this idea, just pass it.  Smiley

The idea of limited hashrate is great but it cannot be implemented without it being easy to exploit. And if you have a bigger ASIC and figure out how to split it then yet again the USB sticks become useless.

Not your keys, not your coins!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Well I don't know if this is possible. I don't have any. I tried to run 2 miners for my one GPU with low intensity to test. Second miner freezes...

Paralleling should work with lower threads/intensity/etc or even if not, a round robin approach might do it. Mining for each wallet for like a second because hashrate is calculated over a period of time so your average might be below the threshold. With less powerful GPUs or USB sticks depending on the method of the limitation, multiple wallets/pool accounts/proxies/virtual servers/VMs or a modified wallet should bypass the intended limit.

Of course for big farms it would be too much of a pain in the back to split all of their hashrate so in a sense it would achieve excluding them but small/medium miners could easily put like 50 USB sticks to work if the coin is profitable enough so the distribution would be pretty much be the same as any other SHA256 coin which gets mined by big farms as well.

Could be GPUs as well. A 750 Ti does around 200MH/s.

But this is choice and investments. Who denies to have GPU farms Huh
This coin limits very fat rents. But will see how it will be.

This is a bad idea because within time someone will find a way to hack the code and be able to split their Sp20 ASICs into 4250 individual workers.

I think workers is not a address... The limit speed hash power is for one address. Or you set 4250 address...
Suddenly 4250 address for solo mining or 4250 different pools...
CoinMagi use the same stop limit hash power.Great!
Save the coin, save the energy, distribution is equal around the world.

There will be testing before any release, and if the testing goes bad, then the launch will be postponed.

the can limit to one worker per ip, if that's feasible or can help ..

PS: i got one r9 270 and this might be the firsttime i use it to mine sha ever..so what software do i use for mining sha with gpu?

At least there's some entertainment value in all of these coins launching at such a ridiculous rate. Maybe next time be your own dev?

You do realize that not everyone knows programming.. Right?

Its normal to have a coin dev working on a coin that is paid,. it just sucks when they are scammers.
